We offer a completely free of charge collection service for any redundant IT equipment this includes Data Destruction.

PRM Green Technologies offer a free of charge service to collect redundant IT equipment, this also includes Data Destruction Certificates to HMG approved Infosec Level 5.

To keep our service free of charge we ask for as close to 30 of the following qualifying items, PC's, Laptops, Monitors, Printers, Projectors, Servers and Switches, in addition to these items we will also take any other IT related items you may have.

We operate our Large fleet from our central location and also have a heavy goods vehicle operator’s licence (OD1098064). Each vehicle is fully liveried with our distinctive logo and design, and is fitted with GPS tracking as well as load weighing systems and internal and external CCTV systems.

All of our fully uniformed drivers are DBS checked at the enhanced level and carry ID on them at all times. We have a fleet of vehicles fitted with suitable tools and lifting equipment designed specifically for the purpose of collecting redundant IT equipment. Our fleet includes a selection of 3.5 Tonne panel vans, as well as custom built box vans, and we also operate larger vehicles up to 26 Tonnes with special handling capabilities. 

All Hard Drives and other data carrying devices are scanned within the data destruction suite and their details are further checked to ensure their origin and style of destruction is correct according to client requirements. All equipment used in the data destruction suite complies with and operates to the policy and guidance within the cabinet office’s Secure Policy Framework HMG IS 5.
