    Protect and Prosper specialise in Legal & Financial Protection Services for Individuals and Families, or for Business Owners and their Staff.
    We are able to help with all aspects of Will Writing and Estate Planning.
    This service is available from £145 Inc. VAT (Standard Single Will) and can be performed in a number of flexible ways including by phone, video link or face to face, whichever is most practical or convenient.
    Our remote service is available to all in the UK while our Face to Face meetings are available for residents within easy reach of our office in Southampton, Hampshire.
    Estate Planning can provide great peace of mind if you are concerned about any of the following "everyday" problems
    • Your Home or Savings being lost to Long Term Care Fees
    • The threat of Inheritance Tax (IHT) or Generational IHT
    • Remarriage of a Surviving Spouse after Death
    • Protection of a Vulnerable Relative or Dependents

    Estate Planning is very similar to Financial Planning where after considering your needs and circumstances and the budget you want to work within, you will be provided with Free Recommendations and information on the best way to achieve the protection you need.
