Danielle epitomises reinvention. She held Director level positions in UK & European blue chip businesses, including Disney. She was CEO of a UK plc division; she later moved into Executive Search, filling Director level roles. The holder of an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching, her work fulfils her passion for growing ‘beyond-the-ego’ organisational leaders. Danielle is a Director of a transpersonal leadership development organisation, an accomplished coach and facilitator, and expert in developing neuroscientifically based leadership programmes, using advanced blended methodologies, built on her MA research. An accredited University Lecturer, she has led Masters’ programmes in leadership and coaching. Danielle is co-author of Leading Beyond the Ego, how to Become a Transpersonal Leader published by Routledge in 2018 and a contributing author of Leadership Assessment for Talent Development. She is also a past Editor in Chief for a disruptive soft skills platform, ensuring reflective learning is embedded for members. Danielle focuses on creating brain friendly leadership learning for clients through leading edge programmes globally.

Danielle hosts a regular podcast, called 'Leadership Comes Alive' (available on all good podcast sites), and is a frequent speaker at HR and CPD conferences, professional Coaching bodies and MBA alumni.

She says, 'If you aren't having fun, you're doing it wrong'. This approach is an important way to help people to, not just accept, but embrace change.
