    Requirements

    Responsibilities for this position include:

    Assist with questions, provide information, collateral, remotes
    Stock equipment and supplies
    Monitor customer support electronics in lobby and report issues to store manager
    Consider full billing system access & use as customer experience troubleshooting specialist
    Updating critical information ,gathering information, etc.
    Reviewing mapping data accuracy for all stores in various search engines
    Searching social media to understand potential gaps and opportunities we may have promoting and responding to issues related to stores
    This internship will be utilized for critical analysis of operational processes that we are reviewing to improve how we service our Representatives
    Specifically, this individual will be analyzing the effects of making changes to our order profiles in a highly automated facility and recommending actions for us to take to ensure a successful implementation
